Practice 360 and Facility 360: FAQ

What are Practice 360 and Facility 360?

They are two national digital registries run by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board with the Digital Health Agency. Facility 360 is the premises registry, holding the record of each pharmacy, wholesaler, or distributor outlet. Practice 360 is the practitioner registry, holding the record of each pharmacist and pharmaceutical technologist. Every pharmacy is expected to onboard onto both.

    What is the onboarding deadline?

Pharmacies and pharmacy professionals are expected to onboard onto Facility 360 and Practice 360 by 31 October 2026. Confirm the current timeline with the PPB or the Digital Health Agency, as dates can be revised.

What documents do I need to onboard?

For the premises you need the facility licence number and details, a current premises licence, the confirmed physical location, town and county, and the facility type. For each professional you need the PPB registration or enrolment number, a current practising licence, National ID, KRA PIN, academic and professional certificates, and a passport photo.

Why does it matter for 2027 licensing?

Onboarding onto Facility 360 and Practice 360 is a prerequisite for the 2027 annual licensing cycle. A pharmacy or professional that has not onboarded risks being unable to complete premises and personnel renewals for 2027, which can stall the whole operation.

Want the onboarding done for you?

We gather the premises and practitioner records, check every licence is current, and onboard your pharmacy onto Facility 360 and Practice 360 ahead of the 31 October 2026 deadline so your 2027 licensing stays on track.
